Carol has created bronze art sculptures for the past 12 years. Her work is cast at local foundries in her hometown of Joseph Oregon, using the lost wax method of bronze casting. The prehistoric cave drawing series of bronzes are typically limited to about 20 in each edition and many of them are already sold. They are unique because Carol has taken the two-dimensional drawings dated at 17,000 B.C., found in the caves of Lascaux France and turned them into three-dimensional sculptures with stone-like patinas. Each piece is mounted on a solid wood base.
